The timeless contemporary design was created by a collaborative team of New Zealand and Thai architects, and constructed by a German-Thai construction company, utilizing only the highest quality natural materials. The finishing touches of the residence, featuring wooden-tiled ceilings, granite and lava stone floors, and large doors, seamlessly integrate it into its tropical mountainside setting. The combination of expansive glass fronts and natural materials results in a remarkably grand yet inviting property. The furniture, fittings, and artworks were either sourced or custom-made for the residence, all meeting the highest standards.

 

Access to the property is through private electric gates, followed by a curved driveway leading to a covered parking area next to the hand-carved wooden double entrance doors. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a dedicated reception area and guided further into the residence.

 

Internally, all living spaces are spacious and comfortable, with a distinct emphasis on size and impressiveness.


 The residence features six generous en-suite bedrooms spread across two levels, encompassing a total indoor area of 1,400 square metres, along with approximately 800 square metres of terraces and balconies.

 

Each of the six bedrooms offers a high degree of privacy and comfort, with unobstructed views from every location. Generous full-length windows allow for abundant natural light, creating a sensation of being on top of the world. The lower level boasts an eight-metre high glass-fronted living room with panoramic views, direct access to the 16-metre infinity pool (with a consistent depth of 1.40 metres), and a spacious pool terrace featuring a covered outdoor living sala to one side.

 

Residents and guests can enjoy the warm tropical breeze while lounging on day-beds, relaxing on sun-loungers, or taking a refreshing dip in the pool. An adjacent oversized entertainment and barbecue area includes bench-style seating and a long stone table, accommodating up to 30 guests comfortably in the shade while enjoying lavish Thai meals, barbecue dinners, and southern views. In the past, the owners have hosted casual events there for up to 100 guests.
