All five ensuite bedrooms are positioned to maximise privacy and views, with floor-to-ceiling glass framing the sea from each principal suite. The master suite occupies its own private wing, while a flexible media room may also serve as a fifth bedroom or private lounge. Bathrooms feature freestanding tubs and refined indoor–outdoor detailing.

Outdoor spaces are thoughtfully layered, with over-water decks, lounging zones, and direct access for kayaking and coastal exploration.
