Listings are provided for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. You must not misuse the platform, scrape data, or submit fraudulent inquiries.
Limitation of liability
Rozmaita Property is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the marketplace. Property details should be verified independently before any transaction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes should first be addressed through hello@rozmaita.com before formal proceedings.
